I just heard that there's 7" of snow over on Hawaii's big island volcanic peak of Mauna Kea.

Wind advisory for Big Island summits

A wind advisory remains in effect until 6 am HST Sunday. Cold west winds will continue across the summits of Haleakala...Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa through early Sunday morning. Westerly winds of 30 to 40 mph with gusts to 50 mph.

U.S. Army has a recreational facility up there - you can snow-ski almost year-round.
Imagine that - snow-ski in the morning and then lie on the beach or go water-ski in the afternoon - all within 30 minutes drive. Even better than Southern California.
Winning at the thought of going back for a visit.

I'm being asked for a tax clearance certificate(I moved a mobile home from Clark County NV to San Bernardino County CA back in 2006 and NV wants to know what the original street address was, otherwise NV can't look up the needed info, wonderful as I have no idea what the original address from Oct 2006 was), But I may not need one as the county where I live at has said I may not need one, go figure. Gad I hate unexpected stuff like this.

Funny how manufactured homes are still treated as personal property. Hey my daily driver's motherboard died. I have a Q6700 and 4 gig of DDR2 1066. Any suggestions on a replacment motherboard? I already asked in number cruching, but wanted your suggestion too.
