Made it to 30 million. Guess that's going to be my last milestone. Not enough time to make it to 40 million! |

Greetings, Here's a strange milestone for ya, this thread topic started by yours truly back in 2004. Last October this topic hit 15 years and running (both version numbers are included in this milestone). :) Have a great day! :) Siran CAPT Siran d'Vel'nahr - L L & P _\\// Winders 11 OS? Today I (my computers) reached the 21-year mark. I don't see a "join the 21-year club" thread, just the "...20-year club" still picking up occasional posts. It's pretty obvious the Credits count isn't going to go up much more, if any at all! And the RAC points are decaying away just like Carbon-14 atoms. Some day we'll all be at practically zero RAC. Then the last work unit gets reported and the credit for it will boost that host to number one in the host ranks! With a RAC of 2.718 or something... |

Since I still have some WUs in the valids, it looks like I made it to 21 years a few days ago. When I first joined I didn't think this would evolve into the longest commitment of my life, but I'm glad I was here for that ride. |

Almost missed that I made it to 19 years on the first of the month. I always told those posting to the 20 year club that I would soon be there, but that may not happen now. SETI@home classic workunits 4,019 SETI@home classic CPU time 34,348 hours |

Today is my 21st, woohoo and the project thinks I'm still alive, sort of.I still have a WU (image) hanging on, validated many times but refusing to be purged. I could be wrong, but in my uninformed opinion this WU contains a message of cosmic or existential proportions, perhaps something like "Rage, rage against the night". Apr 3, 1999 - May 3, 2020 |

Since the servers that collate returned tasks are now off-line (to us) you are going to have to wave that one goodbye. The stats pages are not being maintained, so all you are doing is wasting your time in looking for it to be "completed", and the servers electrons by repeatedly trying to see it being cleared from your list. I would assume that when SETI returns to life, a long time in the future, such tasks as this will be completely purged from the record.
