Texas! During a Quail Hunting Trip Cheney turns to shoot a quail and the buckshot hits a fellow hunter. The Hunter was in his late 70's. Did the ever present Secret Service at least attempt to warn him.. Now if one of us did this we'd be up on some kind of charges... I have to say that it would be an insult to birds everywhere if we continue to refer to the politicians who run our federal government as bird brains. This bird was smart enough to dodge a bullet by flying behind a human, but the human pulling the trigger wasn't smart enough to recognise a 5+ FOOT human wasn't a quail.
