Happy New Year From Our Home To Yours

It has become somewhat of a January tradition for me to post a few of the pictures we took last year, along with various bits of advice from members of the Korpela family.


For starters, Eric recommends that you think outside of the box.

Mr. Slithers is just hoping that Mr. Lizard will stop by for a visit...



Uncle Eric advises that you never overlook a teaching opportunity - Lock and Load, Baby!!!



Eva suggests that you always be on the lookout for an ambush!



Auntie Angela says that if you are forced to attend a sporting event, use it as an opportunity to catch up on some sleep.



If forced to participate in a sporting event, however, you should definitely play to win!!!



Virginia and Andrea would like to remind you of the importance of family.



Marcel and Magoo would like to remind you of the importance of food!



Uncle Eric would like to warn you about the dangers of missing the obvious...



Spawnie says that he wrote the book on meddling!



Stinky Lou just wants these damn paparazzi to get out of her face!

Belated Happy New Year Angela, Eric & Family and all at SETI.

I spent my New Year whizzing around a Forest trail on a Skidoo (Snow mobile) in Lapland (Finland). It was a great way to start 2013 and pretty much sums up how I want the year to go - with lots of new adventures.

Her name is Spitty for those who have not met her before!

As this seems to be animal orientated this was the year I had a close encounter with a snake!

To be fair it was only a small snake!!
