Ok I made an offer on a house that I looked at today, I'd looked at two houses, But one is pure drek and smelled too, The other except for some damage to the garage door, a missing window on a shed, The numbers on the address board are missing, plus some missing cover plates on the outlets in the shed, The place is perfect, I'll post some pics now of the place I'm making the offer on, Later I'll post what I can of the phones pics of the stinky reject that I looked at, I think Peppy Le Phew visited there before I did, wow. In any case the house has been redone and except for some missing oven racks in the gas range, The house looks good enough to move right into, Hopefully I'll get My offer accepted, The Property has lots of Pine Trees front and back plus a few other trees too, The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 long bathroom, the front room is about 17'10" x 13'6" in size and the Master Bedroom is almost as big as the Front Room, Questions?

Ok here's the photos of the Stinky Reject house, Someone will buy It, But not Me, Whew Wee.

Looks nice - how big is that place?
Hope you get your mortgage then.

Wow what a few days...

Took Thursday off to drive Suz's Aunt to her knee surgery which was supposed to be @ 10:30am. Well they called the night before & said they wanted her there at 6:30am.Got out of work Wednesday night (12:30am) and drove down to Perry (hour/15 mins south). Puppysitter took care of the dogs Wednesday night. Didn't bother going to bed---3 hours of sleep is not worth it. Brought her home @ 1pm from the knee surgery and got her all setup.

Suz showed up as planned to stay the rest of Thursday & today w/ her. I drove home, let the dogs out and went to bed. Woke up 5 hours later with my back locked up like piano wire and an incredibly painful pressure sore/boil on the back of my right knee where it rubs on my seat cushion. For anyone who knows, pressure sores for people in chairs are VERY dangerous if they're not monitored.

(WARNING: gruesome details follow)

Well I heated up a needle and popped it myself to get the pressure off--wow did vile words come out of my mouth. Even the dogs came over to the room I was in to see what happened.

Anyways it's starting to heal and the vice grip on my back seems to be lessening.

Hey Vic, where's the pool? Not a bad looking little house, hope you get it.

Blurf, I must not have been home, sorry I missed you. :-) Glad everything went well with her surgery and that you are doing better.

Sorry Perry, No pool here or anywhere I make an offer on, As I can't swim and the USDA does not allow pools with the mortgage I've applied for, It's bad enough that Congress won't be back in session until November 15th as the USDA Rural Development Program is out of Money to make Mortgages with, At least I don't need to put anything down.

@ Blurf, Glad things are looking better for You and Yours.

Notice it has a conventional A/C unit. No more swamp cooler. Nice yard too. Love the trees.

Thanks Carlos, But I have some Bad News, The seller rejected My lack of a Good Faith Deposit(Which the USDA said I didn't need), The seller set the deposit at @ $2,000.00, If I had that I'd need another $200.00 just for a home inspection, They also rejected the number of days I had in the contract(too long). So I'm back to square one for the moment, As I don't have $2,200.00 and I can't get It either, I'd accept donations of course at this point at My Paypal address.
