Winning as I finish work and go out for a Scotch Ale (brewed by a semi-local brewer) to relax me before bed...

I like Scottish Ales.

Good luck with your surgery.

Winning with Biff Naked cranked on the stereo and annoying the heck out of the neighbours.

Winning WITHOUT surgery but thanks for the thoughts.

I was on the table and prepped and the friggin surgeon decided to hold off because, once again, my anatomy has proved to be different than other people's. Things aren't necessarily exactly where they're supposed to be and the surgeon now wants to do it under GENERAL anaesthesia in the hospital (with an overnight stay) as to local in his office.

You'd think he would've decided it at the consult a month ago before putting me through a month of anxiety and anticipation and making me burn a day of Paid Time Off!!!

(sigh)

Hi Blurfie-Pie! I am sorry you are disappointed, but I am also actually rather relieved that your surgeon decided to step back from the brink rather than "take a stab" at "bluffing his way through Blurf!!!"

Best of luck when you go general, and pray the surgeon finds everything in the right place or you might ...

Wow! I'm sure glad I'm not stuck on the CA 91(Between the 71 and the 60) as the Eastbound lanes are all shut down cause of a Gasoline truck fire(8800 Gallons, they had an Air Force Foam truck out there from March Air Force Base) that burned away 3"-4" of concrete that has to be replaced, Their hoping to get the 3 outer lanes eastbound opened up soon though.

Traffic out here on the I15 fwy is ok right now(North or South), But not jam packed, yet that is.
