Thought I would bring this thread back to the top with a report that all the AP and MB splitters are either not running or are disabled except 1.

I cannot seem to get my computer to upload the results of completed tasks. They've been complete for days, and the log shows the following:

I can't send to Einstein@home either. I've tried disabling the firewall software on this CPU, and adding rules to allow BOINC to get through.

Could this be your host 5195124? There's a known problem with BOINC v6.10.43 for Mac OS X which sometimes results in that "Couldn't resolve host name" error.

They think they've cured it in v6.10.44, but are still trying to get enough volunteers to test it before full release. Why not join them? Go to the BOINC download page, then click the "All versions" link to see the alternatives available.

Yes, that's one of the CPUs and the one that has the problem uploading. Thanks for your suggestion - I'll be happy to test something that might be broken, rather than allow my CPU to remain stalled with something that is obviously broken.

I grabbed a copy of the test version of the new client and was able to upload the completed work, and get new work for SETI, but no work for Einstein. I'm not out of the woods yet.
