But, it's no fun hearing about it. It's much more fun to see it first hand.

I see that he has created, yet, another account. There has to be a way to stop this from happening. The only type of multiple accounts, I believe, should be allowed is as in Timmy's case in that he created another account to help people with avatars. He's not crunching WUs for SETI with it, just providing a FREE service to all the good people on these boards.

You can't ban an, (damn, my mind is not working right, right now, too tired), oh yeah, IP address. They can just request a new one from the ISP. I really don't see any way to accomplish banning someone. Even if there's a code sent out that uniquely identifies a PC/OS, that can be side stepped by using a different PC and or OS.

I'm suspicious of this tioat person. He says he's from Antarctica? No one "lives" in Antarctica. Not that I know of anyway. Everyone down there is a researcher of some sort. I have him blocked.
