23 on the 7th here. Today is going to be hurt by the fact that I lost my Internet connection sometime over night. SETI@home classic workunits 4,019 SETI@home classic CPU time 34,348 hours |

44 for the 6th UTC.I fired 73 threw my systems, 11 left to go ... they were a flying, Ehh! I had several overflows, so they definitely fly through the systems. In about 2 seconds. Seti@Home classic workunits:20,676 CPU time:74,226 hours A proud member of the OFA (Old Farts Association) |

I've gotten 3 over the last few days. I was worried as my slow system usually takes a LONG time to chug through them, but after looking at what time they took for my partners, it looks like I will fly through all 3 when I eventually get to them. I'm glad to see a bunch of them again as it seems as if we went through a dry period. |

I managed to scrounge up 53 for the 8th UTC. More to follow since we seem to get a new Arecibo file after each night of observing the past few days. Seti@Home classic workunits:20,676 CPU time:74,226 hours A proud member of the OFA (Old Farts Association) |

it looks like I will fly through all 3 when I eventually get to them. Completely up to you if it was me I would push the quick running ones to the front so you have room for more work to come in. |

it looks like I will fly through all 3 when I eventually get to them. I'm just running the standard boinc system for seti, so now I'm curious if there is a way for me to alter the order of the queue. I would love to push the 3 AP files I have to the front as they seem to be short runs for some reason. My queue seems to run in fifo order. |

My queue seems to run in fifo order. Which is normal. Selecting and suspending the WUs you don't want to run next, allows the ones you want to run to actually run, then unsuspend the suspended ones. A whole lot of mucking about for no real gain IMHO. Grant Darwin NT |

I agree with Grant. A lot of unnecessary work for little gain. Likely that any finished AP's will sit in the Validation Pending queue for several weeks anyway waiting for your wingman before you get credit for them. A whole lot of mucking about for no real gain IMHO.I'n not sure about that. It seems the server is more willing to hand out AP tasks if the turn around time is quicker for them than MB tasks. |

I'n not sure about that. It seems the server is more willing to hand out AP tasks if the turn around time is quicker for them than MB tasks. I have to agree with Brent. If there is work that I can return quickly I normally push this to the front of the queue because it makes room for more work. I am aware everybody has their own views |
