Winner of the last thread starts the new one with a post of these rules. 2. Chooses a future event which triggers the winner, e.g. post number, date-time, and records it privately somehow (yellow sticky, etc.) 3. Everyone has fun posting until the target event is reached. 4. When the target is reached, old winner posts declaration of new winner and also PMs them. 5. Shortly after this a Mod will lock the recently won thread. (My preference is for the winner to ask the mods to lock the old thread after the new one is started.) 6. No double posts. Violator buys a round for the house in Rocky's. Additional rule for this round only - No posts that APPEAR to be blank when viewed on my phone screen - these will be ignored or deleted. Believe it or not, that 2014 article, was an April Fools Prank by Road and Track, though Ford did at one time make a full size clay mockup, that never made it beyond the clay phase. Ford is supposedly dropping the V6 and adding a 10 speed automatic transmission in 2018. We only get 2 choices of engines with the Mustangs here, the V8 or the Turbo 4, and that 50L fuel tank is pathetic for the V8 (my Falcon wagon has a 72L tank while the sedans get a 68L tank here). Me I have only a 12 gallon(45.42L) fuel tank in My 1999 Ford Escort zx2 sport hot coupe(1998-1999) w/a 130hp 2.0L DOHC engine, thankfully the car has suspension/engine parts in common with the '90-'98 Mazda MX-3, 323, and Protege. Of course the seats are cheap, made of pot metal, I already had to replace the drivers seat, the seat rail is solid folded steel, the seat frame is pot metal, the last seat tore when I got a leg cramp, I have the seat in the last slot and back one notch back from straight up, I'm 6'1" tall, so I need the room, I need a better Ford coupe, right now Ford only makes one Coupe, the Mustang, the zx2 is cramped and fragile. Oh and I get about 30-35mpg cause of Motorcraft Platinum spark plugs, so the tank is not really a problem for Me. Savoir-Faire is everywhere!
