Message 995636 - Posted: 11 May 2010, 16:00:22 UTC - in response to Message 995507.

I work in a tremendously seedy part of town and have had my wallet lifted 4 times in 21 years of employment here. Let's see, there were two very accomplished pick-pockets... well actually "pick-purses" if you want to get technical, one mother in drug "recovery" who managed to find my hidden wallet when I stepped out of my office to photo copy some information for her, and one extremely clever young man who stole a secretary's master key and rifled several offices in one day. You know how some people just manage to be victimized over and over because they have absolutely no street sense? Hello - that's me!

Anyway, Bank of America took care of everything every time. I know that people are very down on big banks right now, but I am a completely satisfied customer of BofA. I have found BofA to be very service oriented and very, very understanding. Hang in there Victor. I'm sure the problem will be resolved soon, to your complete satisfaction.

@ Angela: Well doom has come and struck Me, I now owe $252.19 to BofA and I feel I'm being given the run around and I'm thinking of moving My check elsewhere or going bankrupt. I may get the $44.99 and the 35.00 charge off, But that still hits Me for $172.20 which includes $105.00 in BofA fees, I feel victimized. I am going to try and get the three $35.00 charges waived though, As I can't afford them not with $217.00 in repairs to pay for next month. I'm not asking for help here at all, I'm just saying what's on My mind or I'll go nuts. I'm currently on the phone on hold to BofA, trying to reach customer service. Later, Maybe after My outrage...

@ Andy: Thanks.

We're back online, Kilroy was here! ;)

Barely though. It's running very slowly.

Maybe Eric is using all the bandwidth for his Viagra business.

Found out what was causing some sort of sound to come over My speakers when they were attached to the USB port and with no audio connection, It was the speakers themselves, So They'll need looking at as their USB powered, I have a friend who could fix them and clean the audio knob on the present ones, So no worry.

@ Angela: A friend loaned Me $85.00 today(He said to pay It back when I can, And I intend to do just that too), So I'm working on the Bank balance, And when the Bank takes care of the $79.99($44.99+35.00) on My account on Wednesday or so and after I've deposited $37.44 from a refund(Dish Network), I'll only be $49.76 out which if the online sale of the KVM goes as I'd hope in about 3 days I could wipe that out totally and I'll be back on track, I may not be Palpatine, But I can plan, Its just unexpected and unwanted bad surprises that throw Me for a loop. :D Now where's that Banana Peel? ;)

I contacted the Sheriffs Department Dispatch, Their going to have a deputy contact Me on the Carfax matter. :D
