I subscribed to PMO (14). It is on my account page notifications and I can't get it off even tho I have clicked on it several times. I have unsubscribed but it still shows up.
Is it because it is locked?

Nothing uploading ATM.

It will solve itself in a matter of hours, days, months or years. No need to do anything, just let your boinc client do its magic.

LOL...

Well, lets hope it's in the hours or days range! If it gets into weeks or higher, the odds are the CC will take matters into its own hands and dump the upload for too many attempts. ;-)

Not that I think it will come to that, mind you. :-)

I have the same situation with another thread I subscribe to...I am sure it is just a temporary glitch due to Saturdays outage...come Monday when things get back to normal I'm sure it will right itself.

When these events happen always a good idea to take a quick look at the Cricket graph for SETI - it shows the throughput on the communications pipe. After a crash - and a crash is easy to see on the graph - there is always a rush for access and the pipe gets flooded for a few hours. A quick take on the graph showing either side of 100mb/s means get the coffee on and let BAM do its thing :)

Hehehe. I am pretty sure that it is just that everyone is smashing the servers all at once. I had a couple upload, so it's not so bad.

So that's why the power went out twice here today. ;)

I'm surprised it's still congested after 12 hours... kind of similar to that whole weekend of congested activity caused by ISPs blocking redirects to new core files.

Same here.
Been looking at Scarecrow's graphs and it looks like there's a whole bunch of short MultiBeam Work Units going through. Results returned in the last hour has been around the 25,000 mark for that last few weeks. After the usual restart surge, it dropped back to that level, then started climbing again. It's now around the 40,000 per hour- almost double what it has been. And the result turn around time has gone from the 80 hour mark down to 60.

My little 8500GT GPU is happily crunching away at a bunch of those shorties.

I'm patient, I can wait, but then I've had the power go out twice today(Once Yesterday, It happens every time the wind gusts get somewhere above 50mph), Dang Wind, Too much and there goes the power.

Funny thing is I am not seeing that much wind up here.

I have everything uploaded and returned on my 3 machines.

It's not looking good.
Network storm continues- Results returned in the last hour continues to increase (up to 43,000 & climbing) & Result turn around time continues to fall (down to 55 & still falling). A few more hours & we then get the usual 0:00 hrs traffic surge.

53mph so far, I've got a lot to upload, I have a little over one screen of 6.03 files and a little over 5 screens worth of 6.08 files, The GTX295 can get busy, Fast. Most have reported but of those remaining, 31 files are either uploading or waiting to retry.
