Isn't that the truth!! For A large Popcorn and Large drink about $9 dollars if you are lucky

Which is cheap compared to here! You can pay $9 for a drink alone here. I usually go armed with a can in each pocket and a packet of sweets :D

Do you know what? - our drinks are NEVER as big as yours and they are rarely refillable. One or Two restaurants have caught on to refillable drinks, but they are the exception.

Oops, We've kinda got away from the whole Trek thing, but it's still relevant I guess ;)

I popped into a Cinema last night that was on the same estate as where I had gone for a meal and found, to my surprise, that the release date for Trek is the same in the UK as it is in the US, we are usually a month behind.

To verify this, here are the release dates from IMDB:

From the trailers that have been released so far it looks like the producers have done their homework!

Do you know if they released how muchthis movie ended up costing them to make?

That would buy a lot of popcorn.
How did France and Belgum rate an earlier release date?

Yeah, I'll have to admit, that struck me as VERY unusual. UK & Europe is normally a month behind you guys.

Scotty > Laddie, I was drinking scotch a hundred years before you were born. And I can tell you that whatever this is, it is definitely not scotch.

Bah! Typical bad planning on my part. I will be in the Nevada desert somewhere when this comes out, then in Death Valley for a couple of days after, so I think there might be a lack of cinemas! ;)

Going to have to find a good cinema in San Fran, anyone know of one within walking distance of Fishermans Wharf?

No, but I know two theaters that are within 5 minutes of my house. When you come by for the New Castle, perhaps we can go see the movie here in Danville.
