Message 755265 - Posted: 18 May 2008, 19:15:08 UTC - in response to Message 755264.

This thread is for discussion, by those who have authored threads, of the logic of thread splicing.
(It would also be interesting to know if any of them have ever requested such a thing.}

Oh so this thread is meant to discuss forum moderation, specifically moving posts? Cool beans.

No...that would be off topic, even in a non-topic thread........

Yes they are......and most of the time they share them with me that I may see more clearly too......
It is only when I ignore the advice of the kitties that I tend to wander off in the distance.....
I am paying more attention to them as of late.......

But isn't, Going "off-topic" every thread in the SETI forum? :P

And my crystal ball tells me.... A couple of posts from now this thread will turn into a retorical battle of religon, politics, jokes(needs more of these, ex. vulgus), and arguments. Ending in an extra critical 'one liner replying' battle of desperation defending, mile long set of posts that are long winded and boring to read.

Like I say, every thread.

"Won't someone please pick apart my post so we can go off topic again? Somebody splice me!" :D :D

Because you cannot discuss the topic, and you have at least two threads for inane ramblings, this thread is closed.
