He has been contacted and requested to change it. Given that pictures of hemp leaves are considered unsuitable in avatars, what about pictures of flowers similar to the ones here. I ask because I was thinking of changing my avatar to something similar in the lead up to Remembrance Sunday. BTW, isn't non-industrial hemp considered by some religious practices to be sacred? In fact, together with pictures of trolls, orcs and and other 'Lord Of The Rings'/'The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe' type creatures, I'm sure many kids would find them fascinating and stimulating for their imagination.
