I have to admit I enjoy those very much, too. Especially the sound of the surf, I could listen to the waves for hours (and sometimes do).

The only time i can enjoy the coast of anything is when i'm on vacation somewhere with a coast...Which i haven't done in a long time.

Hi Jeremy!

I've heard a lot about the California beaches, but I've never been there. Is the sand fine and white, like in the Carribean? Are there still a large beach communities out there, or has that passed along with the Beach Boys and the surfers?

Well, its been a few years since I've been down to the Bay area beaches, and no, not fine white sand. :-( I was down about 5 years ago in Florida, went to the beaches there, wow, very nice sand there! hehehe.

Yeah, I like the sand down that part of the world. The best sand I've come across was in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Beautiful fine white sand, almost powdery. And it packs so nicely under the water! It just feels so great to walk barefoot on the beaches there! :)

The beaches on Hawaii, Waikiki especially, were disappointing. Very coarse and hard on the feet, imho.

You can't always go by the photos. LOL

Isn't that the truth. LOL Although, some photo's do look like the places you visit. :-) Tallahassee, Florida is a very cool place that I visited. I had a blast there. Stayed 2 weeks with a friend there, spent a few days down in Pensicola as well. I brought sand in some alcohol bottles back. LOL That was cool! My friends really enjoyed getting it. Jacksonville Florida is another really nice place that I visited. One day, I hope to go to Hawaii, and see the sights there. Many co-workers have been there, they love it.

After dragging myself from the pit, there is an urgent need for a large mug of strong coffee. The rest of the day may suffer?

Good afternoon Al and Dan

That coffee must have worked. The rerun of Saturday is working out OK. But I've yet yet to decide what to do with all the time released?

Put it in the bank and save it for later.

Procrastination is the culprit...I have found it hard to save time when i procrastinate.

Hi John and Dan! :)

Sleep is my big thief of time. One moment it's 2:00 a.m., then suddenly it's 5:30 a.m., ..a split-second later! oOo!

I wonder what the Thief of Time does with it all!
