Yeah, I like the sand down that part of the world. The best sand I've come across was in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Beautiful fine white sand, almost powdery. And it packs so nicely under the water! It just feels so great to walk barefoot on the beaches there! :) The beaches on Hawaii, Waikiki especially, were disappointing. Very coarse and hard on the feet, imho. I had a blast there. Stayed 2 weeks with a friend there, spent a few days down in Pensicola as well. I brought sand in some alcohol bottles back. LOL That was cool! My friends really enjoyed getting it. Jacksonville Florida is another really nice place that I visited. One day, I hope to go to Hawaii, and see the sights there.
