I joined up Nov 2000 as a cruncher, but my first post was Feb 2005. Only because I had problems switching from classic to Boinc. As a poster I'm a newbie!!

Joined Classic just over a year before you, and swapped to BOINC about 18 months ago. Been posting like mad since. But, not as mad as Timmy and others!

Good evening Stacey!

So the Canucks are stirring, despite the deep winter, and even deeper snow?

I can tell you a little family story about Canada. In 1905 my grandfather went out to mid Canada to seek his fortune lumberjacking. One day he and a couple of mates went skinny dipping in a lake and got caught. He managed to escape, jumped a cattle ship, and worked his passage back to the UK. To this day we still believe he is on the Canadian Police wanted list!

I wonder how he was pictured on the wanted poster.

No idea he he! Well we are told the Mounties always get their man. Bit late for them though as he died 30 years ago!

Does that mean it's a federal offense to go skinny dipping?

Back in rural Canada in 1905, that sort of thing was definitely classed as outraging public decency. And certainly it would have been reported to the authorities. The only chink in the family armour that I'm aware of though!

That's good to hear.
