Hey Ray, tell us again how it's Dubya's fault that you just let hundreds of school busses drown. Ever cross your mind that you could have used them to get people out of there...? The funny part is the next pic. On the far right, about 2/3 of the way up from the bottom, there is a little yellow blob--the drowned busses. They could have driven them onto the nice, dry highway right next to the yard where they are stored and just parked them there. Or, driven them on that same nice dry highway to the circular building at the bottom of the pic--the Superdome. That's what I would have done, you know, used the busses to get people out, alternatively use them to evacuate the Superdome. He had had about enough of all their crap and stole the keys to one of those busses (Mayor Nagin was still hiding in his hotel room like Howard Hughes). He got the bus and pulled it up in front of the convention center there, invited refugees into it, and pulled out.....since it was low on gas He pulled over and got the passengers to all chip in with their money to fill it up.
