The deferral of 10 minutes is normal. It's intended. If you want a bigger WU cache, go to 'your account' -> 'general preferences' and set the value for 'Connect every...' to more than 0.1 days (default). You can set it to 10 days max, but it is recommended to stay below that. BOINC will then try to keep always enough work for the indiacated period on stock. For my machines I have set it to 1 day. So why not check back in a day orso? 2 WUs is more than what some people here get. 2WUs isn't what I call no work on a machine that's just been attached and of which BOINC has no idea how long the work units are really going to take. Even that takes a while to figure out. So be patient. |
