They may not be down, but they are not finishing tasks. I've had Boinc sitting here all day, on hold, to finish 2:19 (that's two minutes and 19 seconds) saying something about my GPU's in use so it can't finish. Eh? What's up with that? It has about five minutes to start up and another five to finish up, or I'm punting. This is ridiculous. |

For future reference- If you've got problems with your system, then Questions & Answers would be the best place to get help, or Number Crunching in the forums. saying something about my GPU's in use so it can't finish. Eh? What's up with that? If your settings tell it not to crunch when your GPU is in use, then it won't. Change the settings, save it, then Press Update in the BOINC Manager, or just let it sit there ti'll you're no longer using your computer, then it will restart. Grant Darwin NT |

Something is telling BOINC not to use your GPU. Might just try a reboot to get it unstuck, else you might need to see if you have defined any exclusive applications in BOINC Manager->Options->Exclusive applications that are preventing BOINC from running. ![]() |
