| The phrase "Jaundiced eye" means to look at something with a prejudiced view, usually in a rather negative or critical manner. It was thought that people who suffered with jaundice saw everything in yellow tones, but eventually the phrase "jaundiced eye" came to mean a prejudiced view instead. After 7 decades things are rather yellow, but I hope everyday more rose hues will shine through . |
