SCOTUS has rightly chosen not to interfere in what is clearly a matter for legislation not adjudication. Their action should to be applauded by every American resident and citizen and Congress should be shamed into passing meaningful legislation determining the status of this group once and for all. Whether as part of total Immigration overhaul or by itself, this can't go on.

It also seems a little strange that people who have been in Congress for 2 decades can blame the country's problems on a President who has been in Office for 2 years.....

If an organisation sets a date for publication on a Tuesday, the previous Friday is usually the last day to submit items for inclusion. The draft publication will then go through the normal management stages for approval on the Monday before being published on the Tuesday.

To get anything inserted between close of play Friday and publication on Tuesday would in most organisations require a intervention by some one or something higher than god.

So if a reporter gets to see the on the Friday, the last day for submissions, then except in very exceptional circumstances, the reporter and his/her editor can probably feel safe to publish it.

There is nothing magic about it, that is the way it works. Been there, done that, got all the tee shirts.
