zoom3+1=4 Volunteer tester Send message Joined: 30 Nov 03 Posts: 65750 Credit: 55,293,173 RAC: 49	Message 1487555 - Posted: 11 Mar 2014, 23:22:57 UTC I'm waiting for something from the LIHEAP program, a grant in this case since I'm served by a pair of sub meters, otherwise it would be a credit on the next bill(s), yes I do qualify, the only problem is remembering to apply every year and to get in touch with them to send out the 4 forms, getting in touch isn't easy to do either, so I can send the forms back with copies of My bank statement, electric and natural gas bills(paid with My rent), drivers license and ssa card, at least I was able to use their envelope, the postage was $1.19. The average amount in California is $424.00, the maximum is $1,000.00, I have no idea how much I'll get, nor how they figure that out.
