Ooooh you'd be surprised what they can read ...

Mostly romantic paperbacks so I'm told ....

so long as they dont read two much into it,
there is already to much `mills and boon` pulp out there.

Obviously wanted to read it by torchlight?

I'm sure that's what it was.

Although the shade of scarlet she turned when she noticed i'd noticed and we made eye contact, before she fairly ran out of the shop may lead to it's own conclusions...

Seems a good download speed, Simanator.

Chris is rate limited to 56Mbps, but his upload speed is 16Mbps.

I am on between 9Mbps and 25Mbps depending on how my 2 way satellite is feeling. I am in a rural slow-spot/not-spot, and currently am one of the two fastest in my village.
It's good to be back amongst friends and colleagues

There are parts of Lincolnshire that barely have electricity, so maybe fast internet is too much to ask for?

I can't really talk, i'm from Lancashire, and that's even more backward!

Lancashire, backwards ?!?! but, but, you invented the steam locomotive and we still have a railway that uses them.

I just watch the scores on the News or maybe listen to a game if there is nothing else on TV as I'm not a Dodger sports nut, I don't have a single thing of theirs. Ok BladeD? TV out here is all of 8 channels... But it's free...

98SE on a K6-2-550? Eek! That's about a 20 year old antique.

Oh just saw this:

official statistics yesterday showed that the population of America has reached 314,159,265. Yep, that's right. America is Pi.

Well I really can't match that SSD, I'm just going to turn a bad 1500w psu and a defective 150gb velociraptor hdd into a new psu(either a 1350w or a 1500w, I'm not sure) and a new 250gb velociraptor hdd, asap...
