	Yeah. I know. I have tried really hard (again) with no joy. I notice that your avatar properies are "http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/user_profile/images/8179000_avatar.jpg" How do I get my avatar in my user_profile/images/ folder? I have tried http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/create_profile.php and there is a "profile picture shown to the left". But no joy, again. Honest - my avatar is a .jpg file. It's tiny. 	Ray once You get to the page everyone else pointed at, You will need to upload the pic and It's in the area marked under message boards. Avatar An image representing you on the message boards. Format: JPG or PNG. Size: at most 4 KB, 100x100 pixels Note the size of 100x100 is what is displayed here for all to see, what you upload can be bigger and I've often done that to get a better avatar pic, good luck. 	Thanks for your link arkayn - it worked. Thanks for everyone else's help, truly. I'd like the same (ugly) avatar on all BOINC message boards/forums. I'm sure I did all the right stuff before:- via standard SETI/BOINC links and it did NOT work. I've adjusted the avatar to a better (!you decide!) image, sucessfully, by again following the link that arkayn provided. Still would like to know how to use the same (ugly) avatar on all BOINC message boards/forums. Anyone? Thanks, Ray You're going to have to load the same image on all the projects that You crunch on and that You post on, that's the way I do this as that's the only way to do this. 	If you want all of the avatars to be the same, go to Gravatr open an account and host your avatar there. Then on the link that Arkayn gave you choose "Use a Globally Recognized Avatar provided by Gravatar.com" You can do this in every project you participate in. This way you will have the same avatar on all of the projects and only need to make the change in one place.
