Got it Mike - will get straight on it :-)

Hi everyone :-)

I think I am finally coming down with some cold/flu/throat thing...

I survived winter only to get a sore throat a week before Christmas. I have sewing still to do for my Mother's Chrissie pressie, and a craft market to work at this Sunday...

Cross your fingers that it will not get worse - I am a real sook :-)

That is why it is difficult to iron Cricketers trousers ..... :-)

Gotta allow for the cricket box which makes creases inevitable.

Morning folks. Work week is over, 3 days off with no overtime. And plenty of snow for the kids to play in as we got 4 inches of the white stuff. LOL

Good evening Mike.

Sorry for not being around to respond but spent the day over in Nottingham with my 3 children, their partners/wives and the first grand son.

Another Sunday morning

Another time to get up

Another dullish day for the dogs to tale a walk in

At least no more snow, despite the low temperatures ATM (-6C)

Hi Mike

No snow here, although I believe we are due a considerable amount on Thursday.

Sun came out, the wind dropped and the temperature stayed at -6C when I walked the dogs. I think they really liked the walk, which we abbled over for about 1 hour.

Good mornin' all :-)

We are having a cool spell even though its summer. Yesterday it only reached 18C, and today's forecast is 17C...I have the heater on as I type. You probably all think "cool - that's not cool" but it feels cold after days of 25 - 28C.

I feel for you guys with freezing temperatures and snow etc...brrrrr...I wouldn't cope at all.

Might be for a townie with one, and never been off road as they might get the vehicle dirty. I have actually come across some such individuals.

Hi Mike...and anyone in the background :-)

I finished my Mum's Christmas outfit today (I dyed and sewed a tunic dress, and sewed pants and sleeveless jacket), which means I can now get on with other sewing and dyeing projects!
