No raccoons or a knife here, I lost a pocket knife(Like Below, Only in Stainless) that I was given by My Nephew Who inherited 4 years ago(He said He didn't need It that badly, I either lost It at the gas station or at My relatives place, It's most likely gone for good by now), I left a message with My relatives and I looked in and outside of the house, Nothing. How did I lose It? Simple I had a hole in My pocket(corkscrew was always getting caught in the pocket), So I got a needle and some blue thread(cotton over a polyester core) and fixed the hole in pocket of the jeans that I'm currently wearing and since I had the thread out I looked through 3 other pairs, One I could fix, One is too small and the other is falling a part fabric is actually fraying and so It has two holes in the pant leg(It's the last time I buy faded jeans), So now I have 3 usable pairs of Blue Jeans, The 1st two times I had to use a magnifying glass and My glasses to thread the needle, The 3rd time(I'd cut the thread too short on the 2nd pair, So I did the work over again) though I didn't need the magnifying glass. :)

Angela you will be happy to know, that I avoided a racoon on the way home. I was on a back road about 3/4 of a mile from my house, and he was very still until I was right on him. He tried to venture out in front of me, but a quick little deviation to the left saved him. I was only doing about 30, but he was really concealed as I came up on him. Whew!

I would feel terrible if I hurt anything, but in that instant, Angela, and the whole Jeffry family flashed in my head. I would have driven in a ditch if necessary, and been happy about it.

I just got word, I have to look for a house for $45,000 or less, As the County HAP program wants to see a credit score of 620 and FHA wants 680 and I have no score or history(lovely), So It's a straight mortgage and I'm going to have ask the seller to pay all of My closing costs, Oh and I can't look at any manufactured homes as their too risky I was told, Even if their on permanent foundations and I know of a few that would do, But that's that on that front, I've got 5 houses ranging from $34,700 to 55,000.00, The one for $55,000(below) has lowered their price over and over again, I'm thinking one more time as It looks ok.

She knocked over the lamp in the front room two nights back... Vic, I feel your pain. I've been home from work with a nasty cold for two days now and as far as I can tell our kittens spend much of each day getting into trouble. Yesterday I caught Zsa Zsa swinging from the drapes in our bedroom. Today I swept up the pieces of some Chinese export pottery I had up on our mantle. It's a darn good thing that these kittens are unbearably cute and that knick-knacks can be replaced via e-bay.

Grace, get down! Bad kitty!!! Ever since Jake moved in, the Christmas tree requires some special modifications to keep it in a generally vertical attitude. Fish line is mostly invisible, highlighted here in red. It hasn't totally solved the climbing issues, but has helped to eliminate the need for a complete redecorating session.
