A good day to win I must say.

Or to have the windows open a bit as I'm letting the fresh cool air in while printing out some bank and cell phone statements for Guild Mortgage Company, I'm still waiting on the 3 months worth of billing printouts from DSL Extreme that's in the mail to Me of course and the USDA sent back My award letter and the 23 rent receipts of which I'll add two recent ones and two BofA bank statements. I'd gone to the Post Office looking to see If I had any mail and to get a flat rate Priority Mail Envelope, Postage shouldn't cost more $5 at least.

It's a lovely evening to win!

I cannot see a thing, and I've lost the way to the beer keller.
It's good to be back amongst friends and colleagues

Because it's in the cellar not the keller ...

It should, Guild Mortgage works with the local San Bernardino HAP Program which pays all closing costs and backs up My small deposit of about $1350 with up to $40,000 of county money(Which I'd only have to repay If I sold the place before 10-20 years have gone by, The HAP program is applied as a 2nd Mortgage with No Monthly Payments and 0% Interest, If one sells early then the 2nd comes due and not before), I think the HAP program will also pay for My Good Faith Deposit too, So I think I have a good chance and It's not like I'll have to sell My mobile to get the mortgage before I get the mortgage approved as that would be bad for Me If the whole deal fell through. After I get final approval, yes, Before that? And as the saying around here would say "No way Jose" to Me selling before I need to.

Here It's @ 75F for the moment, The prediction is for 76F though.
