Me I'll stick with what I like, Maybe It isn't hot or spicy, But It's what I like. :)

Which is?

I used to work with a girl that called "ketchup" too spicy for her...

Ketchup is off My list, Most have too much sugar in them and so I don't buy anything more than pepper and salt. Even the Whole Grain Wheat Bread I eat is 45cal a slice and the strawberry preserves are 10cal a serving. Unfortunately Peanut Butter is still 200cal a serving.

Only if you stick to their suggested serving size.

A serving of olives is 2-3 olives? Get real... :-)

Yeah I know, But the way I figure It, I'm eating the same, I'm just not taking in as much, plus I've reduced the intake of fat and carbs in other foods.
I also don't eat olives or starchy foods.

No olives. Not very Greek of you.

I'm not Greek, By ancestry or otherwise, Mostly Irish, French and English.

Carrots, Cauliflower, Broccoli, eggs(Powdered whole), FJ breakfast sausage, sometimes pancakes w/lite syrup(add water type), light margarine(only for pancakes), decaf coffee and tea w/lemon(crystalite), sweet and low, creamer, pepper, salt(eggs only), peanut butter, strawberry preserves(10cal), whole grain wheat bread(45cal a slice; for sandwiches only, no toast) and Beef Patties(Sirloin 10% fat), Sometimes I will indulge in some ice cream or in oatmeal type cookies(soft like Mom made), Canned Diet Code Red Soda or Mountain Dew Diet Soda(Caffeine I can tolerate as long as It's cold, Coffee tastes terrible cold, frozen as ice cream I'll pass even though I did try It when I was a child at grandmas house), But that's It.

Fish I don't normally eat or chicken(budget reasons), Nor chips(french fries or potatoes in any form, starchy) and I don't drink anything alcoholic as I never acquired a taste for alcohol, I also don't smoke either. My parents smoked and so did My brother, I did get My brother to quit in 2000 of course, He was a non-smoker for 5 years. On a special occasion I will make an exception for a baked potato w/butter, sour cream and chives, with steak(well done) and shrimp with hot sauce, But that's It. I do like yams(sweet potatoes) of course.
