Just remind him that the dentist is his friend. :-) My dentist always wants to rape my bank account :( Then change dentists. Besides, insurance picks up most everything, for me at least. You guys must have it easy over there, it took me 2 years to get on my current dentist register! We don't have much in the way of choice here and some people can't get a dentist at all (I was 3 years without!) Sorry to hear. As for "easy", I don't know about that; however, yes - we do have a choice... Plenty of choices, actually. There are lots of dentists in my area, I just had to find one close to where I live, and that takes my insurance. Last year, I had one dentist I really liked; however, it turned out he wasn't a "participating provider" under my insurance. That cleaning session cost me $152.00 out of pocket. Insurance isn't a problem for Me anymore, IEHP is what I have, If It wasn't for the Mortgage transaction that I'm going through the motions to get, I'd get some surgery done instead of putting It off, Don't worry It's not serious, Just a nuisance right now.
