Hey Beets...It's muggy warm in my location 66F/19C...Several inches of rain fell today...but we may see a little snow on Saturday...It's the wide world of weather in the great state of Illinois.

Yep, the weather has been weird so far, this year. I'm not sure whether Mother Nature is reacting to El Nino, Global Warming or ...ClimatePrediction Boinc.

She's calling for attention though, that's for sure! :]]

All's well with me.. Going around with one arm.. If i could take off any limb easily, i would have left the other arm somewhere,
until it was fixed. lol

Im waiting for spring.. but it seems like it will take some time yet.. its still
very low temperature.. For the moment only 2`C. To make lighten up the time, until it becomes a bit warmer, I have just planted
some few plants in the post on my balcony.. They are easy to move inside if bad weather, or freezing. ;-)
Have a nice evening, and take care! ;-)

Thanks Moon!

That's the kind of weather I'm having too, it's still cold around here. But at least spring and summer are coming, not winter.

I love that pic! Beautiful plants, Moon! :]]

I didn't hear how you injured your arm, but I sure do sympathize. People don't realize what a pain it is to do things with one arm, everything from getting dressed to tying your shoelace is a lot tougher.

Get well soon, Moon!!!

Im working on it...

p.s. I have got a very special way to do most things now.. lol. its in
fact a fantastic experience to have to learn new ways to manage the most
simple things.. ;-)
Bed time here.. Have a good evening.

I'll take your storm and swap it for a week of sunny, windless and bliss days.... ;) or maybe not according to from TVNZ (Television New Zealand). Yay! Rain in 3 days......

I have a feeling it's gonna be a good kittie day...
Zazo & Sonar purr on my bed....

Hooray, it is Saturday today... nearly 9:00 AM... I'm off to have some breakfast.

EDIT: Other SETIsearchers probably won't care, but I just scored my biggest RAC since Signing Up: 34.91 on my old 2003 PC!!!

Me thinks it's gonna be a really good kittie day........

Keep on Crunching,
Luke.

Hello Dear Friends!!!

Well, I went out for dinner tonight for the first time since Dad died. I went to my favorite Italian restaurant, they have a girl that plays real nice classical piano on Friday nights. I had my favorite dish, "Gamberoni Diabolo", that's shrimp and sea scallops with bits of roasted garlic, tomatoes and onion in a cream sauce, your choice of pasta. I chose penne rigoni, those small tubes with the grooves along their length. I took Dad there once; he doesn't care for Italian food but he said he enjoyed it. I kind of reminisced about our dinner there together that night. It was a quiet evening, but a pleasant one.

Well, the weekend's finally here! I hope all of you have a real nice one. :]]

GOD BLESS!!!

Thank you Dan, my good friend!!!

I hope you're right, but I must confess I turned down a 'sure thing' in having a dinner date because I'm still not feeling sociable enough IRL.

But that too will come, I'm sure your assessment is right.

GOD BLESS!!!

Albert!!!

Thank you, good friend! I'll have to try to make myself some "Spaghettini al Tonne" (spaghettini with a plum tomato, tuna, chilli pepper and roasted garlic) that I learned from a Mafia Don client who ran a successful restaurant back in my lawyerly heyday. If I still have the touch, I'll pass along the recipe. :]]
