Let's go ahead and kick it up a notch. My son is also a member of this team. You have 360-odd other members out there doing the same thing. Quietly but actively trying to help. We may not read the boards regularly...but we ARE here. thanks for stopping by and telling me this...it's so much better, when from time to time we can be more than just names on a list...it's nice to hear from the real person behind the name...btw...i've noticed you're one of SPREAD FIREFOX'S top crunchers...for goodness sakes...keep on crunching! .... To each his/her own.... I'll call IE anything I want. And, only you see anything "derogatory". I have never and never will use it. I remember years back when M$ made it so that you HAD to use Indecent Exposure to access their support site. I tried using Netscape and the site told me I HAD to use Imminent Explosion to navigate the site. That was it for me. I swore I would never use IE and I haven't. And, I sought out other means of support. So yes, if you would like to label me as "Anti-Micro$oft", knock yourself out. I'm only one of probably hundreds of thousands, or even more, holding that position. And damn proud of it.... I use one M$ product, Winblows XP, and a couple smaller components. ALL my major software is either bought, downloaded and registered, or written by me. The latter, not much anymore because I have no time for the programming as I used to have. I never liked John C. Dvorak, I didn't like his "holier-than-thou" attitude about M$. I had one subscription to PC Magazine and switched immediately to PC World, and have been receiving it for about 10 years now. PC World does not put M$ and Bill Gates on a pedestal like Dvorak does. He's going to say ANYTHING to put M$ into a better light, deserved or not, and mostly NOT. M$ only won because of Bill Gates arrogance. He does NOT like anyone having software better than his. Look throughout the history of the PC. You'll see that I'm right. I find it really hard to believe that you find Mozilla/Firefox lacking. What are they lacking? They have much more than Incomplete Expedition. Always have, and always will. The more ideas that M$ STEALS from others, the more ideas others will come up with. There is NOTHING original about Micro$oft, except "Bob". Remember "Bob"? The BIGGEST original flop Micro$oft ever put out. The only reason it was manufactured was because of his wife. It was her "pet" project. >:-) (-:< CAPT Siran d'Vel'nahr - L L & P _\\// Winders 11 OS? [quote].... Hear, hear.... Very good point there Hans. That was one I never thought of. Thanks. I don't have to buy ANYTHING to get Firefox, Mozilla, Opera [now], etc. That was how IE overtook Netscape. You HAVE to have an OS so M$ built it into Winblows and said they were "giving it away". IE is NOT free! Thanks Hans.... >:-) (-:< CAPT Siran d'Vel'nahr - L L & P _\\// Winders 11 OS? "What a piece of junk!" - L.
