Our dear friend Rocky has become User of the Day post mortem.

Congratulations Rocky! This would have made you so proud!

Rocky participated in the BOINC projects, because he believed in them, to help out in them, and to keep himself busy from thinking too much about his own situation with his illnesses and troubles. He was happy for the friendships, he gained through these projects, and he leaves an empty space here.

Here's what he once wrote to me in a private mail:

" With all my heart I believe that, "It's not what you take, when you leave this world behind you, It's what you leave behind you when your gone".

Thank you, Rocky, for what you have left behind to us!

And thank you to the admins, who selected Rocky for UOTD today. Thank you for the notice on the front page.

A very fitting tribute for Rocky.

As I wrote in the NC boards, I read a lot of posts from Rocky, and learned a great deal. Very fitting indeed. You will be missed Rocky.

I'm at a lose for words.
Rocky, you deserve the recognition.

I seem to remember seeing Rocky as UOTD before I got to know him. I might be wrong though.... This UOTD is special, Rocky will always be UOTD. Rocky will always be in my thoughts and my heart. He was a special friend, he just had a way about him, always with a heart of gold. I will miss my friend....

CONGRATULATIONS on this most honorable day. Peace, my friend.... >:-) (-:<
