More controversy ahead. This is part where he talks of "Man":

IA Man

IA In J's tale of creation (more primitive than that of P) God does not call human beings into existence by spoken command alone. Rather, he shapes them out of clay as a sculptor might:

IA Genesis 2:7. And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

IA The word "man" is a translation of the Hebrew word "adam", which is a general expression rather akin to what we mean when we say "mankind." (The Hebrew word for an individual man is "ish".)
The word "adam", used in reference to this first created man, came to be a proper name, Adam. The King James version slips into this usage later in the chapter:

IA Genesis 2:19. ... the Lord God formed every beast ... and every fowl ... and brought them unto Adam ...

IA Actually, the Hebrew does not seem to make use of Adam as a proper name until the beginning of the fifth chapter:

IA Genesis 5:1. This is the book of the generations of Adam ...

IA and the Jerusalem Bible, for instance, is careful to translate "adam" as "man" up to that very point
After forming man, God breathes life into him, a reminder that in primitive times, the breath was often equated with life for what seemed obvious reasons.
Dead creatures no longer breathed, and breath was invisible and impalpable and therefore seemed a fitting representation of that mysterious something that left the body at the moment of death. Indeed, the word "soul" used in Genesis 2:7 is a translation of the Hebrew "nephesh", which means "breath."

As you can see he "Formed" man and the fish and every known beast. It's easier to understand for early man to see this as if coming from something like clay, rather than elements and chemicals, and the primordial soup.

Here's something that could possibly turn proselytizing 180° and thus allow me to, once and for all, wreak my squirrelly wrath on these dumbass wanna-be preachers - Reciprocity. So listen up you Jesus freaks: Somewhere in that Book that you call "Good" (although all Books are Good) Jesus says "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you", right? Of course I'm right. So in other words, what you do, I can do. Why? Because your best-buddy Jesus said so: I do unto you as you do unto me.

Now the fun begins. .o0(Heh heh heh...)

Since you're all so desperate for me to join you for a chorus of the Vatican Rag, why don't I start doin' the same to you? Now keep in mind - Your God (or at least part of Him) said I can, and God being Perfect, He makes no mistakes. And since there's no mistake in His Word or Act, there's no challenging me using Divine Law against you.

Bet you're sorry now, so let's lay down a few ground rules:

Don't come knocking on my door at 9AM.
Especially on a Sunday morning after a long night of heavy coding when your ass in supposed to be in church. Howd'ja like it if I came 'round at 1AM on a Monday night of heavy football and drinking to ask you if you've felt the power of my God?

When I say "Go away", go away.
You tell me to piss off, I'll leave. But when it's your turn to f the hell off, it's like you all of a sudden don't speak English. It's called stalking, dumbass - And I'll do it to your precious daughter if you don't take a fing hike.

Don't waste my time pushing your God on me...
...'cuz I'll waste your entire week pushing mine on you, and convince you of the futility of your Baal's Master Plan. It'll be a very long-winded, in-depth discussion that'll last just long enough for the cops to arrest you for trespassing, loitering, disturbing the peace, etc..

Don't gimmie this "He dies for your sins" BS.
If you need to kill someone in order to save the world, then I can also take you outta the gene pool. Capice?
And finally...
Practice what you preach
When you start making "Moral Laws" based on your idea of what's "Good", then why the hell can't I? I think it would be a good idea, for instance, to allow slavery - Your book says I can. I think it would be a good idea to sell off my daughter(s) - Your book says I can. I think it would be a good idea to beat my wife with a wooden stick - Your book says I can. So let's bring the Good Ol' New Testament into the Good Ol' Federal Law Books. You've got the ear of the President (or is that, "you've got the President by the ear"?). Meantime I'll be pushing my laws, too - Reciprocity, you know.

So, all in all, f off. I don't f around with you, so don't f around with me. That's what Jesus would do.

Any controversies?

If I have time when they come. I actually discuss the Bible with them and try to convert them. These people are generally beginners in their understanding and are only equipped with the knowledge given to them by someone else. They're easy to trip up. I'm bad (slapping self on hand).

When I get finished with the holy rollers, they're usually making a quick retreat cursing that I'm possessed by the Devil.

Makes me kinda warm and fuzzy inside.

Account frozen...
