Personal background
I am Kristyanna, N6KV in Sunny Dunsmuir, CA near Mt. Shasta, CA, via Queens, NYC, to the seacoast of NH, then to Majestic NM, on to Sunny Sedona, AZ, With a stop in Rocklin, CA, then off to northern CA to Redding then I settled here in Dunsmuir, CA. I had to do that because I traveled to quite a lot and if I could I would move to Albuquerque NM, and go to UNM (University of New Mexico) there was something about the places in NM that I traveled too.

I went back to school at the College of the Siskiyous in Weed, CA in 2008. Went back to update the old AA degree I got in 1989 in NH, which was in Electronic Engineering Technology so it was an "AAET" and My AOS degree from TCI Institutes (used to be RCA Institutes) in NYC back in 1976-1978.

I am finished with my AA in Fine Art I Graduated in May 2011, with an AA in Art with a major in Photoshop, Graphic Design & Photography it's been 32 years since my last AA.

I am disabled (on SSDI) but I love Photography hence the AA in Art (Photography and Graphic Design) Degree. I believe what we are doing with SETI is a great thing it will be I hope in My Lifetime contact with ET's even though our Stupid Government says they do not exist. I have seen some really strange stuff when I was living in NM and in Sedona AZ to convince me they are here already. But who am I to say anything.

Currently, I just hit over 29,503,689 in total credits on seti@home as of 4/1/2020. I have hit my highest Average Work Unit of 56,000 a few times back in January of 2020, I am running an AMD Ryzen 2700X on an ASRock X570 Steel Legend with 64GB of RAM, an RTX2060 6GB GPU my other computer is an AMD FX8350 on an MSI 990FXA Gaming Motherboard with 24GB RAM, with an R7-250X 2GB GPU, plus a Ryzen3 3200U laptop.

I've gone back to school to keep my mind sharp even though my Body in Falling apart LOL! I will hit the big 67 this year, in Oct. 2020, but in my mind feel like 40 even though the body feels like 90 LOL!!! II am moving in late June of 2020 to Klamath Falls, OR. I just brought a 3 bedroom, 2 baths, 1300sf manufactured home, I am currently in a 425sf apartment. I should sign the closing papers in the next week.

I have built an AMD FX 8350, 8 Core system back in the spring of 2015. I found out the problem was with the old Motherboard (Power Caps on the MB kept overheating) which caused the CPU to overheated running about 88 degrees C on both the CPUs & GPU. Due to some heart health problems could not afford a high-end Intel i7 system to run Bonic and to do my photoshop and video editing, but in 4/2017, I would have built an AMD Ryzen 1800X, it's taken me almost 2yrs and a replacement of a new MSI 990FXA Gaming motherboard and CPU the system has been running now for almost over two years 24X7 running Bonic using 100 % of my 8 core CPUs and using 100% of the time. I am also running an R7-250X 2 GB Video Card as a secondary card just for the GPU power and Bonic. Now it's been running a cool 68 degrees C on the CPU at 100% and about 60-64 degrees C on both the GPU's. I also installed a Corsair H100i water cooler on the CPU to keep it cooler. but I got to remove the cooler and replace the Thermal paste on the CPU it was running Hot over the summer when we had a heat spell in June and July when it hit 108 degrees.

I've lost my Mom 3 yrs ago on April 26, 2017, she had just turned 90 on February 17th, 2017, My Dad Past almost 8 yrs ago on September 28, 2012, also as I was updating this profile our family just lost my Dad's younger brother Hank Virgona 5/22/2019, he was 89. Hank was a very well known Artist in NYC, his work in in the MET, Museum of the City of New York, New York Public Library, and the Smithsonian, just to name a few, In addition, many famous people have his Artwork, the Clinton's, Bernadette Peters, Billy Crystal, Woody Allen, the Late Johnny Carson, Henry Kissinger, plus many of the big TV Executives at NBC, CBS, ABC, & PBS have his Art. His art has been in many magazines over the years, in Harper Magazine, New York Times, Fortune, plus many Legal Journals & publications. Hanks last show was at the 2018 exhibition at the Salmagundi Art Club back in December 2018, beside his work they were treated to a showing of the Documentary about Hank's Life, my older sister's son Matthew Kaplowitz who is a Filmmaker in NYC made the Documentary which started back in early 2017 of his Great Uncle Hanks life called "Nothing Changes: Art for Hanks's Sake". It has won several Film Festivals Awards in 2018 Now my parents, grandparents, and Hank are all together again. Hank is now talking Art with all the Masters like Goya, Picasso, Dali, Monet, Rembrandt, & Andy Warhol.

I live alone with my Clowder of now 8 kitties, Sir Magnus (12 yrs old), Data is 8 yrs old he is a new rescue, I've just had him Just over a year now), Spock & Sulu are both 6 yrs old, little Isabella who is 5 1/2 yrs old, on the day of the great Eclipse here in the USA, August 21st, 2017, I got 5 kittens (two were about 4 months old & three were about 3 months old). I called up my Ex-partner Michael because he was looking for some younger kittens for his 1 yr old boy to play with, (his other cats were 8-10 yrs old and were set in their ways) I kept the three younger ones who were all brothers and sister. I named them Graystripe, Firestar (after two main cats from a series of books by Erin Hunter called Warriors, it's about 5 Clans of forest cats and their leaders), and lastly the Girl I named her Olivia they will be 3 yrs old in May of 2020. Then I got another cat (3/23/2018), my friend had to move and could not take their cat, they needed someone to take him for now and to try and find a good home for him. He is a beautiful, 21-month-old Russian Blue named Asher. He is a very loving cat, there was a lot of Hissing and Growling from some of my older cats but the 3 teenagers who are almost 17 months old now, tried to make friends with him. We found Asher his Forever Home in December 2018. Now since my other friend who I was working for in Cat Rescue from 2008, retired last January 2017, I started to work with another local cat rescue here in Dunsmuir, call Saving Shasta Cat, (https://www.savingshastacats.com/) it is a 501 (c)3 non-profit cat rescue, Nicole Dework has been helping me with Food, Litter and Medical bills for the cats. Nicole has just been bestowed the Annual Community Service Award here in our small Northern California town of Dunsmuir, CA this month. So, now, my oldest daughter Annie has officially started to call me, "A Really Crazy Cat Lady", with 8 cats. Having these cats helps me deal with my everyday Stress, Depression, and Pain.

I had my left knee totally replaced done on May 9th, 2018. I am doing a lot better, it had been put off for far too long. The last 8 months before my surgery has been very painful to walk or sleep. I am almost 1 yr Post-Op, still not 100% pain-free, but it has dropped quite a bit. Also, the knee joint still needs to break-in. They use a plastic called Delrin to replace the meniscus which is the soft cartilage between the knee joint and is also placed on the back part of the patella aka the kneecap (because you cannot have a piece of bone rubbing on the Titanium Joint (which the knee joint is made of), this needs to break-in so I get a clicking feeling in the knee when I walk. My ex-partner Michael had his knee done back last year, he said it took about 12 months before it stopped.

Lastly, As My Dad, Joe used to say: Live - Laugh - Love, and as I like to say to all,

Peace Love Light

Accept Divine Grace From Where Ever It Comes

Meddle not in the Affairs of
Dragons for you're are crunchy
and taste good with ketchup

Katz Always Rulez !!!
