Thank the maker that I live further south. It just sucks having to go outside and freezing something near and dear off.

I'm finally getting my 2nd coffee of the morning in as we have blue sky to the west while the rest is covered with cloud as we've gone from 14C (felt like 12C) to just 15C (still feels like 12C) with 24C being expected, but that sun will have to come out from behind all those clouds first to get that far.

Cheers.

Breezy with wet bits outside and in...

And hopefully (other) more bits soon arrive soon today!

We've reached our expected 24C here as clouds gather yet again to possibly threaten us with nothing.

Anyhow after a few beers up at the pub I'm considering on whether to have a bite to eat or another beer or 2.

Cheers.

But we do have blazingly bright sunshine!

[Tooth #9, Crown Update:]

So, yesterday, the dentist installed my permanent Crown at Tooth #9. I asked if she wanted me to pay my $50 Deductible, and
I was informed that my insurance is being 'difficult' right now, and to hold off paying ANYTHING until they work out the details
with Anthem Blue Cross Dental Insurance....

This DOES NOT bode well.... :'-(

I agree. It is a wait and see time. Better to get the work done now when you are healthy. Don’t want to wait until it is dire. My dad and his father waited on a SEVERELY diseased gallbladder and it nearly killed both of them.

I had all my teeth removed about about 15yrs ago as I was sick of going back and forth from dentists and paying big money for little benefit (my wisdom teeth crushed a lot of mine to start with so that decision wasn't hard to make). ;-)

Anyhow I've done my bit for the morning with my veggies and with a bit of help moved my spring onion wicking tub from 1 side of the shed to the other so that it's getting more sunshine so it now must be time for a coffee break.

Cheers.

Well the rain and storms danced around us here again today, but that could change in the early hours of tomorrow morning, so I'd better close the windows before going to bed.

Cheers.

He's been rumbling around here since 4am making it hard for people to sleep in. :-(

Anyhow it's going to be a damp P.O.E.T.S. Day here.

Cheers.

What a strangely warm humid day... Is this wintertime but somewhere tropical?!

... And the bits arrived... At almost the last moment... Which gave just a slender moment before the last moment...

... And the first tests of the new equipment appear very good. (Big relief for that working after another of my 'smashing the existing boxes' out-of-the-box replacements arguments...)

... And yay! The new equipment is almost embarrassingly tiny! Also, very power efficient and sleek and neat. All at beautifully reduced costs and for a beautifully improved design. Such is the leap in decades and technology from all-analog to instead all-digital with embedded DSP included just because an embedded DSP can be included.

Detailed tests come later today. We highly anticipate (very) good results.

Except... Despite the best of plans and forward planning, why does the unknown and new always crash into Fridays???

Also... Overly successful (performance) tests will then lead to a conundrum... Similarly replace a second unit for the sake of aesthetics and for (partially used) improved functionality? Or don't touch until it breaks?...

Well M1. My new Vizio tv is at least 6 years newer and bigger than the one I moved to my bedroom. And I think Vizio shot them selves in both feet for replacing the older style remote with a slimed down children's version. The tv has so much more functionality and a remote that can’t access half of it.
