High tide at sunrise. It was 4 feet over normal high tide. I still had about 5-6 feet of the levy. Glad it's been getting cooler. Next week back into the 100's |

Winning on a wet Saturday morning and I can report that my gutters are still up and the plumbing didn't come apart so I'm happy. Cheers. |

Well the wet stuff took a short break and a bit of sunshine came through as I read the rain gauge, then as soon as I stepped back inside the break finished. Anyhow, we kicked off here at a soggy 9C (felt like 6C) while 11C is expected and currently it's 10C (but still feels like 6C) while there was 25.75mm in the gauge (MTD:52mm/YTD:597mm). It also looks like I'll have to wait until Thorsday or Good Friday to take those gutters back down and paint them the right colour, but I should be able to get back to my trench warfare tomorrow or Monday so that drainage trench finally comes out somewhere (the trench is full of water yet again this morning after the overnight rain). Cheers. |

Have a safe journey Mike. ;-) Well this weather is teasing me as I want to start on making a few brackets up for the gutter for the awning on the front of my shed, but everytime I'm ready to go out there the sunshine suddenly leaves and the lite showers return so I'm not even going to try anymore today. So I might enjoy a rum or 2 instead. Cheers. |

Steamy hot indeed! At least for these parts... And BBQ fiends have stripped all the shelves bare of certain weekend essential ingredients... See new freedom: Mageia Linux Take a look for yourself: Linux Format The Future is what We all make IT (GPLv3) |

We kicked off here at 3C (felt like -1C), but a gale has arrived since coming off the snow down south, and now it's 8C (feels like 1C) with 11C being expected today. Cheers. |

Blue sky sunshine and heating up nicely. Must stay restrained and not fall into holiday mode too early in the day... (No need to go jetting off to the Mediterranean!) See new freedom: Mageia Linux Take a look for yourself: Linux Format The Future is what We all make IT (GPLv3) |

We only got to 10C (felt like 3C) here today and as the mercury is again approaching Frostville I'm off to bed. Cheers. |
