My question was in jest. I have investors that have worked with me in the past. I have typically tripped their money. If my offer wins I can get $2 million with a few calls. My last project cost $5 million and returned $30 million. My worst deal cost $3 million and returned $17 million. This one will cost about $4 million, land plus development costs. Potential return $70 million. I really don't think I will get it for $2. Even as raw land it's work $6-8.

Not too long ago there was this 'herd' of 40 wayward bovines, of the 40, 39 were rounded up to their final corral, the one that was separated was adopted and still lives, unlike the 39.

Well that's the weed spraying done for another few weeks again as the temp here is now at 15C (feels like 13C) and still going up (at this rate we'll pass the expected 16C).

Now I'm going to enjoy a beer or 2.

Cheers.

How to persuade a anthropomophobic(sp?) guard dog to not guard off a traumatised workman?!

And we have sunshine :-)

Many fields have been crossed...

One was lost! (Need to find that one another day.)

And I surprisingly survived a highly agitated guard dog by dint of a few tasty nibbles for the beast... Her low rumbling grumbling growls were as much felt through the ground as merely heard... She even broke her harness in her 'enthusiasm'...

Now to catch up with the rest of the world!

And beer!

And time flies far too fast and the daylight is now noticeably too short.

Also suffered another ding on the bonnet from a flying projectile from an unaware over-rushed over-hasty no-cares construction site 'operative'... Luckily 'just missed' serious damage...

All part of the fun!

Cheers.

9-16-2021 at 6:45 PM - PDT

Madly packing and getting ready for my trip to Illinois. Heading to Sacramento, tomorrow.
My friend is picking me up on Saturday in Sacramento, then we head out on i80 East. Goal
is Bourbonnais, Illinois.

The 18th we stay in Salt Lake City, then on the 19th we drive FOREVER to Grand Island, Nebraska.
We stay in Grand Island on the 19th and head to Bourbonnais on the 20th.

Yes, from CA to IL in 3 Day's travel!!!!! :-O :-)

I'm delivering my brother's refurbished Mac Pro, 3,1 - Early 2008 System. El Cap on the Primary SSD,
Win 10 Pro on the 2nd SSD. (Two Samsung 860 EVO 1TB SSDs.) A Seagate 4TB Hard Drive, slaved to
Win 10 Pro in Bay 3 for pictures and data. A 1TB Hard Drive in Bay 4 for MacOS Time Machine.

24GB DDR2 ECC RAM. PCI-e x1 WiFi Card - Dual Band. Mac Flashed GTX-970 4GB GPU.
Can't wait to deliver this System to my bro! BEST Desktop System he's EVER had!

Also, and more importantly, my niece turns 11 on the 20th; so, IMPERATIVE that we make
Bourbonnais, IL on the 20th.

[EDIT:]

Be back on the 29th.
