https://www.connerfamilyfuneralhome.com/obituary/vincent-splain Vincent Frank Splain, 82, of Mountain Home passed away Saturday, September 12, 2020 in Mountain Home. He was born July 30, 1938 in Brooklyn, New York. Vincent is a 20 year veteran of the United States Navy and a 20 year veteran in law enforcement. He loved to travel and was a marksman, participating in pistol shooting competitions. Vincent was known for donating to children’s homes and help set up a college scholarship at Arkansas State University in Mountain Home. Vincent is one out of 12 children and preceded in passing by a daughter, Lorraine McVay. Vincent is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Sheila Splain of Oakland, Tennessee.
