Trumps friend Roger Stone served with Capitol riot lawsuit during radio interview

The latest lawsuit filed against Stone was by seven Capitol police officers, who allege he was among those responsible for the deadly Jan. 6 Capitol riot. Other defendants include former President Trump, Rudy Giuliani and Alex Jones.
The suit, filed in August, accuses Stone of disseminating false claims of election fraud that ultimately led to the attack on the Capitol, as well as promoting and helping to fundraise for the "Stop the Steal" rally that preceded the attack.
"Trump's and his co-conspirators’ repeated cries of election fraud caused many of his supporters, including other Defendants, to plan to employ force, intimidation, and threats on his behalf to keep him in office, should he lose the election," the suit reads.
The officers are seeking punitive damages from the defendants, with the amount to be determined by a jury should it go to trial.
Stone was served just days before a Sept. 18 rally in D.C. meant to support the insurrectionists who attacked the Capitol in January. Law enforcement officials have ramped up security ahead of this event, re-erecting a seven-foot fence around the main Capitol building and installing high-tech security cameras for better view of the area.
Around 700 people are expected to be in attendance at the so-called "Justice for J6" rally.

From everything I read about, and I read from sources from all over the world, the GOP can't win by solid policy. They were silent when Trump lied and lied and lied, but pick apart everything Biden does. Then there is extreme gerrymandering, false claims of fraud, voter suppression laws, extreme hypocrisy, and disinformation. They just can't win on policy, so it has devolved into lying and cheating. I used to vote mostly Republican, but their policies don't solve the problems that we are facing, and they lie and cheat. It's true that Biden isn't perfect, but he is a far from being the liar and fraud that Trump has always been. I am looking for solutions to the problems that the exist now. Climate change, health care, education, immigration, prison reform, infrastructure, China, the middle east, Iran, and other problems. The world is not a simple thing. It is complex and diverse. I don't see that ignoring these problems will make them go away. It takes actual action, and for the rest of my life, I will vote for people who will actually fix these problems. I'm done ranting for the moment.

The results of the audit, however, actually raise more doubts about the legitimacy of more than 49,000 votes included in the final counts of both the forensic audit and the Maricopa County Official Canvass results, a number that is more than four times greater than Biden’s 10,457 vote certified margin of victory.

Here is a breakdown of those 49,718 questionable votes:

23,344 mail-in ballots were counted from individuals who no longer lived at the address to which the mail-in ballot was sent. The audit called these “mail-in ballots voted from prior address” in the voter history phase. (critical impact)
9,041 more ballots returned by voters than received in the voter history phase. (high impact)
5,295 voters that potentially voted in multiple counties in the certified results phase. (high impact)
3,432 more ballots cast than the list of people who show as having cast a vote. The audit called this group of ballots “official results does not match who voted,” in the certified results phase. (medium impact)
2,592 more duplicates than original ballots in the ballot phase. (medium impact)
2,382 in person voters who had moved out of Maricopa County in the certified results phase. (medium impact)
2,081 voters moved out of state during 29 day preceding election in the voter history phase. (medium impact)
1,551 votes counted in excess of voters who voted in the certified results phase. (medium impact)
An additional 3,587 votes were in the “low impact” category across 14 findings.

If a ballot finding impacted more than 10,000 potential votes, its severity level was classified as critical. If a ballot finding impacted more than 5,000 potential votes, but less than 10,000 potential votes its severity level was classified as high. If a ballot finding impacted more than 1,500 potential votes, but less than 5,000 potential votes, its severity level was classified as medium. If a ballot finding impacted less than 1,500 potential votes, its severity level was classified as low.

wow, confessin' to violating the laws about mail. Since those ballots, if they existed, were First Class Mail, the BIG rules apply. You can't toss it. You have to return it, "addressee unknown." Then the name comes off the registered voter list. Seems like conservative voters won't do this so they can keep doin' and claim'n fraud.
