So you defend Trump's dismissing the corona virus as a problem for 2 months and dismantling the the pandemic response team in the NSC in 2018? |

Guessing this, as with all the other hysterical failures over the last three years, to impeach a legally elected President, is the next hysteria. I'll accept that under the dubious rules of the election it was a legal election, but was the candidate a person free from crime? IMO he is a criminal, on several counts, a sexual assaulter, employer of illegal immigrants many times, misused a charity foundation for his own gain, and set up a fraudulent so-called college, and possibly a tax evader. |

Or is it that he's finally trying to catch up with the rest of the civilised world and following its lead?No way. Trump will NEVER do that. https://www.cnn.com/2020/03/20/politics/new-york-workforce-stay-home/index.html President Donald Trump praised Newsom and Cuomo's actions. Unlike Rump who is too indecisive and cowardly. At least he admitted he can't lead. |

Hehe:) Maybe Trump finally learnt something at last.Or is it that he's finally trying to catch up with the rest of the civilised world and following its lead?No way. Trump will NEVER do that. Goldman Sachs economists on Friday forecast an unprecedented 24% decline in second quarter gross domestic product, following a 6% decline in the first quarter, based on the economy’s sudden and historic shutdown as the country responds to the coronavirus pandemic. https://www.cnbc.com/2020/03/20/goldman-sees-an-unprecedented-stop-of-economic-activity-with-2nd-quarter-gdp-contracting-by-24percent.html As ugly as it is it gonna get a lot worse. |

Trump's approval rating soars during handling of Coronavirus https://justthenews.com/government/white-house/trumps-approval-rating-soars-during-handling-coronavirus?fbclid=IwAR0wp0qQsJMFqymeUKuiIV5mUkr7ZhtsszsQyin4cT0KoqFlXpoqmmZbjAY A new Axios-Harris poll, released Friday, showed the president with an 53 percent overall approval among U.S. adults surveyed March 17 and 18, compared to 49 percent among those polled March 14 and 15. Looks like the political effects of the WuHu Flu are eerily similar to those of the 'Great Wet Firecracker Impeachment Fiasco' and the 'Legendary Russian Collusion Farce'..... Eye have you looked at your Edward Jones accounts which you bragged about a few months age? I figure my paper losses could be into 6 figures and I'm not a fat cat. Most of my income is from social security, my savings are in stocks and bonds and I am very diversified. |

The polls was about Trump's handling of the pandemic. Not about Trump's handling approval/disapproval in general. https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/coronavirus-upends-nation-americans-lives-changed-pandemic-poll/story?id=69696172 In the new poll, 55% of Americans approve of the president's management of the crisis, compared to 43% who disapprove. Trump’s approval on this issue is up from last week, when the numbers were nearly reversed. Only 43% approved of Trump's handling of the pandemic and 54% disapproved in last week's poll. https://www.politico.com/news/2020/03/20/poll-majority-of-americans-now-approve-of-trumps-coronavirus-management-138570 |

Should we retitle this: Probably not a bad idea, that's why I included the ABC poll, to accommodate the aficionados of those outlets.......begs the question of why it's not believable when it's in favor of The President? .....inconvenient facts........ "Sour Grapes make a bitter Whine." <(0)> |
