70 on the 20th UTC

I wonder whether or not they are only specific or whether or not you just struck it lucky.

When asking for GPU work Windows 10 I get the following:
21/11/2019 4:34:27 PM | SETI@home | Requesting new tasks for NVIDIA GPU
21/11/2019 4:34:28 PM | SETI@home | Scheduler request completed: got 0 new tasks
21/11/2019 4:34:28 PM | SETI@home | No tasks sent

21/11/2019 4:34:28 PM | SETI@home | Tasks for AMD/ATI GPU are available, but your preferences are set to not accept them
21/11/2019 4:34:28 PM | SETI@home | Tasks for Intel GPU are available, but your preferences are set to not accept them

I find it interesting that it says there is work for ATI cards because I do not have an ATI card any more
I am aware tasks get snapped up rather quickly but at time of writing there was 9 tasks available which is rare, as I write there is 2 available

Every time that the feeder gets fed there are 8 AP's at the front of the cue while AP's are being split so if you can catch the feeder at that right time you do well Speedy (if not you'll do badly) and the faster that you turn over work your chances of picking them up increases (but you should already know that) and running multiple projects will cut those chances of getting some even more. ;-)

Cheers.

I get that also, and have never owned an ATI card that was compute-capable.
It doesn't relate to what hardware you have, but only to the project preferences page and what you do or don't have checked there (e.g., Use CPU, Use ATI, Use NVIDIA, Use Intel) for whichever of the four possible venues (default, Home, School, Work) is currently active.

You get that response if you have those internet options unticked. ;-)

I don't have any ATi/AMD GPU's and my iGPU's are disabled in BIOS (so arn't detected by BOINC) while my internet options are set to accept everything so I don't get those messages (but I can get them if I untick 1 of those options). ;-)

Cheers.

Yes I am aware of this but there is also the still the 5 minute delay between connections to the serverenforced by client. Yes I guess that is just luck of the server request

I got one on the new machine! I was so hyped to see how much faster the WU would take. It took 15 hours on the old machine. But it wasn't a good AP and it got done quickly.

Yes, there are a lot of overflows or 100% radar blanked tasks in the current mix.

I think that that is also a "Luck of the Draw" thing with AP's as I've only had a few of those so far Keith. ;-)

Thankfully just because you go through 9-10x more work than I do Keith you don't get that amount more AP tasks than I do which may also make a point with Speedy that it is all just "Luck of the Draw" in the end to what you get. ;-)

Cheers.
