We had a minor science database crash today that brought work generation to a halt. Everything appears to be OK with no data losses. We should [be] entirely back up at this point, but I'll keep checking things out.

Has there been an update recently? I have noticed that the screensaver graphics no longer work. Not sure if I need to run an update or not. Thank you.

Screen Saver WILL NOT RUN when you are using the GPU (Graphical Processor Unit) to run task(s) on.

Current downloaded/running task per your account page: AstroPulse v7 v7.07 (opencl_intel_gpu_mac) x86_64-apple-darwin
NOTE: Description of Application is ... opencl_intel_gpu_mac.

We've had screen saver problems on both Windows and MacOS. With the advent of flat panels, Microsoft and Apple apparently don't consider maintaining screensaver compatibility to be a priority. We might have to change the whole screen saver architecture in a future release.

I am seeing screensavers on an old cathodic tube monitor connected to GTX 750 board, the only one I have with a VGA socket, and they work prettily on a Windows 10 PC, version 1809..

Are we back up yet? I see no activity when I open. All are "waiting to run"

Glad to see you're processing and reporting results (at least 3 days later, on the 19th of january). Perhaps your BOINC manager was or is set to suspend WU processes when you're using your computer ?
