One error in your map the Isle of Man is NOT part of the United Kingdom, but an independent sovereign state. One with its own government, laws, currency etc.
It is however part of the British Isles by virtue of its geographic location.

And it is not member of the EU, but does have its own trading relations with the EU, the UK and Eire (and many other parts of the World)

Also it shows the United Kingdom in a land grab. :-)
County Donegal up north is part of Eire not NI.

Absolutely. It's our excuse to reclaim the "missing" 6 counties. :-)

Rest of the world don't care, it is insignificance. Just what the fiefdoms apparently want, but can't bring themselves to say.

You mean like the Bailiwicks Jersey and Guernsey. They don't have to Brexit either since they never been part of the EU.

Does that include the 50 American fiefdoms in that statement?
The US government has congratulated Boris Johnson on winning the election.
In a statement, US official Morgan Ortagus said: "The United States and United Kingdom share a unique partnership and essential alliance, based on a strong foundation of shared values and democratic principles.
"We look forward to continuing our critical work together with prime minister Johnson and his government to further strengthen our enduring special relationship, address mutual challenges, and build on the progress and prosperity we have made on so many fronts.
"The United States is committed to the US-UK shared global agenda, including expanding our robust economic relationship by reaching a comprehensive free trade agreement with the UK once it formally withdraws from the European Union."
Edit: So no EU then Mrs Merkel?
Meanwhile, Mrs Merkel "spoke about the importance of maintaining the strong relationship between Germany and the UK" during her phone call with Mr Johnson, No 10 said.

I'm still trying to work out if that was a general election or a Brexit referendum. Two constituencies near here have gone Conservative, almost unheard of, Hyndburn ( previously Accrington) only one other non-Labour MP since WW2 and Burnley which has been Labour for over 100 years until now.

I predict they will be one term wonders.

In that it has resulted in a few MPs loosing their jobs, and a few new ones replacing them, it was a general election....

Why Labour lost.
Mr Corbyn has announced he will stand down in the near future and Mr McDonnell, one of his closest allies, said he had been "the right leader" for the party.
"We had a party which was largely supportive of Remain, but many of us represented Leave constituencies."

Another reason why Britain has to get out of the EU.
The news comes after today Germany and France admitted the EU is not democratic in a shocking turn of events.
Emmanuel Macron and Angela Merkel have drawn up a two-year blueprint to give the European Union a much-needed democratic overhaul.
25 years too late!

“And yet, there are many in Brussels and other European capitals who prefer to make decisions through quick backroom deals, in which the direct choice of the voters becomes victim to personal power games.
“As members of the Parliament, we failed in our attempt to put in place a lead-candidate — or Spitzenkandidat — system to allow European citizens an opportunity to elect the president of the Commission. But we cannot stay licking our wounds.

It is not about nationality. It is about ignoring the voters. Ask Labour how they now think about that.

And ask Scottish voters how they feel about being under the English jackboot, again.

They voted to stay united with the rest of the UK, on the assurance that the UK would remain a member of the EU.

And then they voted to remain in the EU, on the same day that England and Wales voted to leave the EU.

And now they're being told that a referendum is for life, even if other people change the rules.

English jackboot? Okay, give them their 2nd referendum.
Then if they succeed not only with that & rejoin the EU...
...They would need to consider a Scottish backstop. :-)
Good luck with that one. :-)

I wonder which would be the first side to rebuild Hadrian's wall?

The original was built when the English were members of the EU mark 1 (the Roman Empire), and the Scots weren't.

I'm wondering if a smarter vote would have been to make London like the Holy See, a "country" surrounded by another country.
