Actually in Scandinavia it's very good. And many other countries as well.
No need to go to a store buying bottled water.
Still many does that. Weird...

I've never bought bottled water. Big waste of money. The tap water here in Louisville is perfect to drink and is delicious.

The well water here is fortified with Calcium Carbonate, it's ok, it tastes better when cold, though I don't like a lot of COLD stuff, ice cream for some weird reason does not make Me cough, go figure.

I imagine the ice cream coats your throat, don't you think?

Here in Stockholm we have well called Vårby Källa. Sometimes it drains and what to do.
Fortify it with tap water of course. Hehe:)

That could be Doc, though when I do have some, I still have to spit out some junk from My throat afterwards.

One reason why I like the diet soda is I can have the bottles on a lower shelf on My "desk" and they are stored there until I reach for one.

Even Graces canned cat food is stored on a shelf, the top shelf in this case, yep almost above My head, the steel shelving is 72"x24" in size.

I was given a half gallon of both grapefruit and orange juice by a friend yesterday. I like both.

In the American Idiom I like New York style Lime Rickeys and Chocolate Egg Cremes. I made these often when I worked a college summer in New York at a French tea room run by Greeks. We had Loft and Barricini candies and also Lewis Sherry Ice Cream and Manhattan Coffee--The best in the world by my taste buds. We made our own syrups and waffle batter. The favorite ice cream soda was pineapple with chocolate ice cream.

I've never had an egg creme. I've heard of those, but never had one. There's an old-fashioned soda parlor near me, and I'm sure they could make me one.

I always buy the frozen concentrate. It allows me to control the intensity of the mix with the amount of water I add, and I really like the result.

My brother bought frozen concentrate as Orange Juice, I only started taking Vitamin C a few years back in 500mg tablets, 1 per day, acid indigestion is a problem here thanks to a hiatal hernia, plus problems breathing thanks to the same hernia, so pills it is.

One juice I've never tried is pomegranate. I'm curious about that one. Next time I'm at the grocery, I'll look for some.

I recommend POM Wonderful, (aka POM), is REALLY good stuff.

That's what I've heard. I'll report back once I've succeeded in my mission to find some.

Surprisingly, Pomegranates grow on a medium sized bush. We had one in our yard in Northern California. The bush was very prolific as was our fig tree. Our cat used to camp under the tree scaring away the birds who liked to nibble on the figs. We had so many that we gave a huge basket of figs to the Indian family next door.

Did you squeeze the fruit? I don't really know anything about it, other than it seems to be a rare juice in the supermarket. My intrigue is growing.

Nice video.

Golly, though. That's some labor intensive juice!

Perhaps you haven't eating pomegranates.
Lot's of hard seeds in them. Actually more seeds than juice in them.
But the result seperating them is quite rewarding.
Now I get summerfeelings at grandma's place:)
