I'm eyeballing that almost 2000 APs in the RTS queue wondering when the floodgates will open. Wowsers. |

I just got 1 of them - well it's a start, LOL. One computer got it's first batch here. |

Hope that means the floodgates are beginning to open. The RTS was over 800K when I looked 10 minutes ago. Now see it at 750K so looks like tasks are going out finally. I have received exactly one task also. Seti@Home classic workunits:20,676 CPU time:74,226 hours A proud member of the OFA (Old Farts Association) |

FYI: Both of my crunchers had some backed-up downloads (about 10 each). I finally cleared them, and on the next request, one got 184 tasks, and the other, 237, which are merrily downloading even as I type. Apparently, there is no longer a 200 limit on the number of WUs available for download. When was this changed on the servers? |

Both of your machines have the max of 300 tasks - 100 tasks for CPU, and 100 tasks for each GPU ~Chris |

I have received exactly one task also. Flood gates must have opened before I got online. RTS is at 139,779. But the creation rate is only at 12 a second. Hopefully that will pick up some speed. ~Chris |

Yes but not what he was talking about, he was referring to the 200 tasks per download limit ... Stephen :) |

The status is mostly 50 mins old at this time... hard to tell what is going on. I'm getting the dreaded "Project has no tasks available". Time to panic! edit: looks like it doesn't want to hand out tasks. It hasn't been long enough to empty the RTS |

Looks like the system is running again and handing out WUs. I'm not sure if it fixed itself, or if someone did something. If someone had to do something...THANKS! |

No Panic! looks like they gave us blc15 for the same day which should keep us busy for another week, or longer with Aricebo data thown in. Hope we have a No Panic holiday and all the seti people enjoy some time off. |

Yep, hopefully the old system will run trouble free for the next week and leave the guys to have a great Christmas with their families. If not then the crunchers will get Christmas off ... :) M E R R Y . . . . . . . . . C H R I S T M A S everybody. Stephen :) |

Time to panic! Just kidding. Getting no tasks are available across all hosts. Our daily glitch in the schedulers is upon us. Plenty in the RTS Seti@Home classic workunits:20,676 CPU time:74,226 hours A proud member of the OFA (Old Farts Association) |

Most hosts are getting tasks to refill their caches. Some hosts still are getting nothing. These glitches mostly never last longer than 30 minutes or so. Seti@Home classic workunits:20,676 CPU time:74,226 hours A proud member of the OFA (Old Farts Association) |

Ok people, get a bit of life into ya's and stop staring at the SSP and your rigs every waking moment, it may surprise some, but there are other things in life and the servers (plus your rigs) will eventually sort themselves out. ;-) I'm sorry, but I just had to say that. :-D Cheers. |
