My two responses to your question. One believing that the N. Korean people love Kim and another believing a possibility that there have ever been Free Elections in N. Korea.Hmm. so your "beliefs" fluctuate that much then? |

Of course there are free elections in North Korea. "Let's all vote yes!" ("모ë‘다 찬성투표 하ìž!")  Voting is mandatory and turnout is habitually near 100%. Like voting in Belgium where it is compulsory as well but where only than 90% of the population participates. |

The damage Rump has done is incalculable. Past POTUS understood DPRK is exactly like RUMP. Totally arrogant bully, my way or the highway. The only way to deal with a bully is to ignore them and make quiet defensive plans. Rump engaged with the bully and now the bully is emboldened. He got a reaction. (sounds like rump's wild tweets!) Now the bully is demanding the USA abandon all its nukes before he will give his up! Yes, give the Rump his Ig Nobel. |

The results of North Korea's election last Sunday are out. The Central Election Committee reported on 12 March 2019 that the voter turnout for the election was at 99.99%, and that 100% of the voters cast their ballots in favor of the registered candidates. NK quits SK liaison officeNothing unexpected. Kim is a liar. Trump called a 'spade a spade'. Now the little fat man is 'taking his ball and going home'. Petulant behavior by the North has worked before with weak US and SK leadership. Time to 'turn the screw' and show what 'enforced' sanctions look like. It doesn't have to be directly against DPRK, instead it's time to start cutting off those who have ignored the sanctions from access to the banking system and the US Dollar. Boarding and seizing vessels violating the sanctions should be employed. Also time to resume full scale joint military exercises with the South (it they have the intestinal fortitude). I also seriously doubt if murdering and enslaving Kim will eventually take the correct course of action for his people.Does anybody? Would the enslaving be before the murdering? Or, would we remove another head of state, murder him & then enslave him? Has quantum mechanic switched the direction of Time's Arrow?
