The Fulani leaders in separate statements described the attack as unprovoked, adding that 81 of the cows were killed while 32 rustled and 48 others injured. I don't remember anyone here calling Breitbart a "fake news site". Most of their stories are sourced from reputable mainstream sources and are factually correct. As an example of a "fake news site": Infowars, many of whose stories stories are sourced from nowhere, as they are made up by Infowars under the guise of reporting. They were the actual source of Pizzagate, the Sandy Hook "false flag" conspiracy and many others.

Rather, Breitbart is heavily biased and partisan, and its presentation can be deceptive. This story is a good example, as what is clearly satirical (this proposed bill) has been presented as serious in order to rile up its readers. The bill is supposed be ridiculous, to satirically demonstrate the intrusiveness of the state into women's reproductive choices by showing what the equivalent would be if men were treated similarly.

That you are calling authors of the bill "demented" (as well as the reaction to this story elsewhere) shows that Breitbart's tactic of reporting their proposed bill as a serious attempt at legislation seems to have been unfortunately successful.
