Well, as I have noted before... until he is (manipulated?) into starting a war on laughably weak evidence to steal another nation's resources, resulting in at least the deaths of at least half a million people in that nation and several thousand U.S. service personnel, and a predicted power vacuum quickly filled by the worst terrorist group in recent history which requires a further war to root it out, he has a long way to go to catch up to George W. Bush.

I do concur him a possible #2 spot though depending on the criteria... I think he finally blew it with the whole shutdown mess.

Mr. K. what's that criteria?
1 How many Americans killed per capita from a war?

2) How many Foreigners killed per capita from a war?

3) How many stupid war actions started?

4) How much damage done to the American economy?

5) How much criminality?

6) Disloyalty to the USA?

#1 Lincoln
#2 FDR
#3 Reagan
#4 ?? Can you blame FDR for the great depression? Can you blame Bush for the great recession? We do blame Rump for shutting the government down and destroying all the growth of 2018 and ending the possibility of economic growth for 2019.
#5 Teapot Dome, Nixon or Rump (ongoing)?
#6 Only Rump has ever even been suspected of this.

Very interesting comparison graphs. What I find especially telling are the striking similarities to the ratings for Gerald Ford.

Both were/are trying to hold together a fragmented US. Both following a very polarizing predecessor, but very different in style, yet both not creeping above 50%.

I do not agree with the statement 'Trump is Greedy' in the sense that he is no more or less 'greedy' than any other human being who seeks dominion over others, whether through democratic selection or military coup or financial conquest. As long as there is a human race there will be 'greedy' leaders and (as you term it)mushroom followers. But don't limit that to Trump supporters, the little automatons that follow Obama, the Clintons, Pelosi and Schumer are the same little mindless sheep just 'following orders'.

And as long as there is a human race there will be those who bend the rules or just outright ignore them, on both sides. They work in concert with the dominion seekers to pull the strings and make it rain.

The one thing that really stands out to me is that despite what they claim, they have no 'social conscience' or empathy for the lives they elevate and then destroy.

And that's the jungle.

Message 1977198 - Posted: 26 Jan 2019, 20:34:14 UTC

Donald Trump’s demand for a border wall shut down the government. At the same time, his company was firing undocumented workers.
OSSINING, N.Y — They had spent years on the staff of Donald Trump’s golf club, winning employee-of-the-month awards and receiving glowing letters of recommendation.

Some were trusted enough to hold the keys to Eric Trump’s weekend home. They were experienced enough to know that — when Donald Trump ordered chicken wings — they were to serve him two orders on one plate.

But on Jan. 18, about a dozen employees at Trump National Golf Club in Westchester County, N.Y., were summoned, one by one, to talk with a human resources executive from Trump headquarters.

During the meetings, they were fired because they are undocumented immigrants, according to interviews with the workers and their attorney. The fired workers are from Latin America.

The sudden firings — which were previously unreported — follow last year’s revelations of undocumented labor at a Trump club in New Jersey, where employees were subsequently dismissed. The firings show Trump’s business was relying on undocumented workers even as the president demanded a border wall to keep out such immigrants.

Trump’s demand for border wall funding led to the government shutdown that ended Friday after nearly 35 days.

Soooo..........if Trump fires employees, for lying about their citizenship, he's a cold hearted villain.

And if his warm heart tells him to keep good employees that lied about their citizenship........he's a hypocrite......

Yup, that sounds about right...........

Interesting. Reexamining post hiring. Did the business get raided? Otherwise it is an admission that they failed to fill out the I-9 forms correctly. There is a signature of a person on each form swearing he examined each document submitted and they were valid. So how did they suddenly determine they needed to be looked at again? Not sure but isn't looking at an I-9 post hire actually a federal crime?

Sigh...
Donald Trump's Middle East peace plan has been postponed several times.
The reactions after details from the peace plan have been revealed in Israeli television show how remote the "century's deal" is at present.
The United States Middle East peace plan that would have been presented now in January has been postponed until after the elections in Israel in April. But after details from the plan leaked to Israeli Channel 13, both Palestinian and Israeli politicians have renounced what is said to be the essence of what is called the "deal of the century".

Ah, seems an internal audit is permitted, but ... there are some things that can't be done and it sounds like many can't be done were done. Rumps' pants around the ankles again!

"An employer may choose to review all Forms I-9 or a sample of Forms I-9 selected based on neutral and non-discriminatory criteria. If a subset of Forms I-9 is audited, the employer should consider carefully how it chooses Forms I-9 to be audited to avoid discriminatory or retaliatory audits, or the perception of discriminatory or retaliatory audits."

" This includes informing the employees in writing that the employer will conduct an internal audit of Forms I-9, explaining the scope and reason for the internal audit, and stating whether the internal audit is independent of or in response to a government directive. When a deficiency is discovered in an employee’s Form I-9, the employer should notify the affected employee, in private, of the specific deficiency. The employer should provide the employee with copies of his or her Form I-9, any accompanying Form I-9 documents, and any other documentation showing the alleged deficiency."

"An employer may not correct errors or omissions in Section 1. If an employer discovers an error or omission in Section 1 of an employee’s Form I-9, the employer should ask the employee to correct the error."

"An employer may only correct errors made in Section 2 or Section 3 of the Form I-9."

"Documentation presented for Section 2 of the Form I-9 is sufficient as long as the documentation was acceptable under the requirements of the Form I-9 in effect at the time the Form I-9 was completed."

"The standard for reviewing Form I-9 documentation during an internal audit does not change from the standard applied during the initial employment eligibility verification process. An employer is required to accept original Form I-9 documentation that reasonably appears to be genuine and to relate to the individual presenting the documentation. If an employer subsequently concludes that a document does not appear to be genuine or to relate to the person who presented it, the employer should address its concern with the employee and provide the employee with the opportunity to choose a different document to present from the Lists of Acceptable Documents. An employer may not conclude without foundation that a photocopy of an employee’s Form I-9 documentation is not genuine or does not relate to the individual. In the context of an internal audit, for an employer that has photocopied Form I-9 documentation, it should recognize that it may not be able to definitively determine the genuineness of Form I-9 documentation based on photocopies of the documentation. An employer should not request documentation from an employee solely because photocopies of documents are unclear. Furthermore, an employer cannot use I-9 audits to discriminate against, retaliate against, and/or intimidate employees and should not terminate employees"

"Unless an employer is a federal contractor with a federal contract that contains an E-Verify clause, it generally cannot use E-Verify for existing employees."

"An employer is cautioned against obtaining new Forms I-9 from its existing employees (absent acquisition or merger) without regard to whether a particular Form I-9 is deficient or without reason to believe that systematic deficiencies in the employer’s employment eligibility verification process call the integrity of all previously completed Forms I-9 into question."

"The employer should provide all employees who claim they are work-authorized with a reasonable amount of time to address any deficiencies associated with their Forms I-9 and should not summarily discharge employees without providing a process for resolving the discrepancy."

"An employer violates the employer sanctions provision of the INA if it continues to employ an employee with actual or constructive knowledge that the employee is unauthorized to work. While tips concerning an employee’s immigration status may lead to the discovery of an unauthorized employee, tips and leads should not always be presumed to be credible. An employer is cautioned against responding to tips that have no indicia of reliability, such as unsubstantiated, retaliatory, or anonymous tips. Heightened scrutiny of a particular employee’s Form I-9 or the request for additional documentation from the employee based on unreliable tips may be unlawful,"

"According to the SSNVS Handbook, “SSA will verify [Social Security numbers] and names solely to ensure that the records of current or former employees are correct for the purpose of completing Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Form W-2 (Wage and Tax Statement).” Handbook, p. 4. Additionally, the SSNVS handbook states that any notification about a mismatch makes no statement about an employee’s immigration status. Rather, it simply indicates an error in either the employer’s records or SSA’s records and should not be used as a basis to take adverse action against an employee"

So it seems like an ICE raid is needed on the HR department of all the Rump companies.

As the Trump companies have been employing illegal immigrants at several locations and for at least several years, if not more, for me, it shows a lack of direction by senior management in Trump headquarters. Lots of people have said that Trump runs a "my way or the highway" management system, then their is only one person that bears the responsibility.

Neither Majority Rule, or Mob Rule if you wish. Can abridge the Individual Rights of 49%, 40%, 25%, 10% or even one individual.

The belief that we can and should. Has been used most effectively to destroy a minority that the majority hates and wishes to destroy.

Let us not again travel down that Road of Hate again.

Some rhyming tweets responding to Trump.
"Break the law and Mueller will call"
"Stop the wall and Trump will fall"
"Collude with Putin get put in prison"
"Shut your face, you’re a disgrace"
"There will be no wall and that is all
If you resign, we'll all be fine!
Put Trump in jail with no chance of bail
Stop the wall and Don will fall
Impeach for treason, that's the reason
Impeach this d*ck and make it quick"

Russia's state TV reports that Trump's shutdown ended with a knockdown, Democrats still won’t allot money for the wall, Mueller delivered yet another blow by arresting Roger Stone and Trump's approval ratings are tanking.
