DACA program that protects young undocumented immigrants not likely to get Supreme Court review this term

The justices on Tuesday took no action on the administration’s request that it review the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, which has protected nearly 700,000 people brought to this country as children, commonly known as “dreamers.”

If the court sticks to its normal procedures, that would mean that even if it accepts the case as a later date, it would not be argued until the new term starting in October, with a decision likely in 2020.

This ends when Mitch takes one of the budgets to the floor for a vote. They already passed a budget in the senate.. Do it again and over-ride the incoming veto. Easy. The #TrumpShutdown is being prolonged by #DitchMitch .

And lets not forget the DACA promise is not just about the 700,000 in the system at present, it also incudes another 1.1 million not yet old enough or barred from applying by Trump.

1. For the religious*, lets not forget "Sins of the Fathers"

I predict SCOTUS will rule that DACA is an Unconstitutional Executive Order and will reverse another Obama over-reach of power.
